Brad Gale has had a highly successful 34-year career in U.S domestic and international E&P with the demonstrated deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate this knowledge to value. Brad’s areas of strength include •conventional and unconventional field development planning and implementation •field operational and reservoir management • substantial depth in waterflood and miscible gas injection project design, •resource play and well performance analysis, play development optimization, well/completion design, analysis •operations •economic analyses, and project management. Differential, world-class understanding of reservoirs developed through work on large Alaskan and International projects during his first 27 years with Chevron, ARCO and ConocoPhillips. He has worked with virtually every type of reservoir system, fluid type, reservoir mechanism and depletion strategy along with extensive project implementation and operational experiences. Brad’s more recent experiences has tackled the analysis and optimization of unconventional reservoir systems. During his long and broad-based career, Brad has designed, staffed and lead many highly-motivated, successful teams and organizations from the ground up.
